Once again forces gathered around the Gem City to battle it out! Looking back, this is actually the 10th time we have held this tournament (9 times at Epic Loot) - we, like the rest of the world, missed a year during the dark times.
Unfortunately two factors kept attendance down this year. The first is the ongoing (I say that because Mantic has started shipping, just not yet to me) release of 4th edition makes a lot of people not very interested in playing in a 3rd ed tournament. The other was the weather - 11 days before Christmas and Jack Frost decided to dump 6 inches of snow on us the day before the tournament.
So in the end we had 9 paid players, plus I convinced my son to play as a ringer - and he used my army.
