Pre-orders for Mantic's new Kings of War Skirmish game - Vanguard - went up today. So what exactly is out there?
Of course you have the book with all the rules, as well as starter army lists for 14 warbands (however I believe Mantic is planning on producing PDF versions for the armies that are not in the book (which are armies that they don't make miniatures for at this time)).

The kickstarter also included an exclusive Dragon's Egg objective marker (but they have managed to keep it hidden so far :-) ).
There are four warbands coming out initially - all with new miniatures (well, two exceptions - the dwarfs and lower abyssals) and all will have cards to use the models in your Vanguard warbands.
All of the faction starter sets and boosters are MSRP £24.99 / $39.99 / €34.99.
First the two player starter set comes with Basileans and Night Stalkers, so we'll start there.
For the Basileans, there is the new basilean plastic booster.
Then there is the Resin booster
The ogre actually has options for it's weapons.
The Nightstalkers also have a plastic starter
This includes the new hard plastic scarecrow / spectre sprue. This is also compatible with the existing zombie and ghoul sprues (to make dopplegangers)

The Forces of the Abyss are also getting some new models. The starter set has a lot of new models, though it includes a sprue of hard plastic lower abyssals.
