As I somewhat predicted Mantic is finally releasing metal upgrade kits for units by themselves, instead of bundled with other miniatures (and that is sometimes, there are some of these that have previously been completely unreleased).

Most of these are for Kings of War, though there are a couple for warpath.

One of my favorite bits is the Ogre bagpipes.  I have run into an issue with them though - I've found that the thin restic legs on the ogres start to bend from the weight of the metal bagpipes over time - both of the ones I've used are now leaning over (and I used a hair dryer to heat them up and re-position them LAST year).  I am planning to re-position them again then put in a long steel wire pin to stabilize the legs.

Since the zombies and ghouls are compatible kits, you could use these for either.  In first edition ghouls did not have the option for command, but now everybody does!
