Carpe Noctem: paint on the models

Yes, it is a day that many thought would never come. And truly it hasn't, quite yet - but it is significantly closer.

Yes, I finally have some paint on the models. Just in time, as I want to play this army at Origins this weekend!

Still need to finish all the bases, but here are several updates:

First, my favorite, Skulls and Roses

The dancing skeletons

The roadies

The stoners (these also will have smoke added after the bases are done)

The groupies

and half the deadheads (being rushed for time, I'm not attempting to paint the other 40 zombies yet)

I'm still not used to my wife's camera, but getting a little better.

You'e gotten a ton of painting done on these guys. Impressive!

I second the need for better pictures, though!

Finally something painted. Now I only wish I could make out the details (especially on the roadies which is my favourite unit).

Those are brilliant, I really like the skellys in tophats etc and the giant teddy bears.

I also agree some better pictures would be nice. (any chance of a full army shot).

I'm hoping to pick up a new camera myself - just because I don't like this one. As for a full army shot - definitely once they are complete. I did try to retake a couple this morning - focus is better, but the color seems way off now.

Fan-spankin-tastic. Speechless in awe. An army better than anything The Dead ever produced in their entire career. I couldn't play against this army- I would want nothing to be taken off!
